I travelled for nearly 3 weeks in Australia over the Christmas period of 2008/09 and booked this hotel for the night of Dec 30th and 31st. Apart from the really small rooms, lack of any lift or indeed assistance with luggage up and down the many flights of stairs and the lax security (anyone can walk during the day through the back door and gain access to the rooms, our visit was crowned by being double charged for parking, as their swipe cards for the third party car park, which we paid for, wouldn't work and they point blank refused to assist in any way. An astonishing lack of any attempt at customer retention.
